Apple releases the fourth OS X Mavericks 10.9.2 beta with build 13C48 to registered developers. This comes a week after the third beta update for the free OS X Mavericks. Apple also suggests the update will be made public in the near future.
Apple releases MacBook Pro with a 15″ Retina display and the new cylindrical Mac Pro desktop at the iPad Event on Tuesday. Alongside, Apple has also released the free OS X Mavericks and the new iPad Air and iPad Mini in the Tuesday’s event.

The system is designed to perform its best on even 2007 made iMac and MacBook pros. The iPad Event with the tagline “we still have a lot to cover” is entitled to bringing a lot of stuff for us.
A few days back, invites started to roll out for the Apple October event aka iPad event. The event which is to be held in two days i.e. October 22, carries a lot of importance as some of Apple’s major products revisions are to be launched on this event just like the previous Apple iPhone event where they uncovered their flagship smartphones.
Invitations have started to roll out for the Apple October event, for this year. The Event as announced by Apple will be held on the 22nd of October at the Yerba Buena Center, San Francisco. The event will start at 10AM PDT, 1PM EST. Like the previous Apple iPhone event, this would be the iPad event if named on the basis of the prime focus.
Apple will release its new Mac OSX 10.9 Mavericks to the public by the end of this October. The news isn’t directly opened up by Apple as yet, rather by some other reliable sources that have the insights of Apple’s whereabouts.
Originally, the release was scheduled to be made this month but due to some technical problems maybe Apple had to delay it until the end of next month. This is expected to be boosting up the Apple’s poor market share by adding new and unique plus useful functionalities.
Apple, today releases the ninth Developer Preview, the build 12F36 for its OSX Mountain Lion 10.8.5. This comes two weeks ahead of the previous seed of the build 12F35 and just a day after Apple seeded the seventh OSX Mavericks developer preview. The update is available as a software update in the Mac App store as well as on the Mac Dev Center for download. However, this update isn’t believed to be as major as its predecessors but will come in handy to the developers anyways. Apple believes its new OSX will be a major improvement over the previous and will greatly improve the OSX’s market share. A new seed for Safari 6.1 is also made available for developers.
The war between Mac and Windows is a never ending one, especially because of being heated up equally by both the sides. But, the actual statistical studies has some really bad news for one of the side here. Recent analysis show that Mac OS X has even dropped below the Microsoft’s Windows 8, in the total market share.
Windows 8 was lagging behind the Mac OS X in market share at the start of the month August by about 1%. The situation today seems to be the opposite as Mac OS X now lags behind Windows 8. The three different versions of the Mac OS X sum up to provide a total of 6.72% market share compared with the 7.4% share held by Microsoft’s Windows 8.
