Jacob Applebaum on Tuesday at the 30th Chaos Communication Congress reports that National Security Agency is spying on iPhone. He was although doubtful, but claims that the NSA had access to all iPhone and probably the other iOS devices too.
Google Hangouts for iOS gets updated with free in-app voice calling support for U.S and Canada numbers. The app also now supports incoming/outgoing calls to/from a Google Voice number.
Researches claim that the iMessage encryption schemes can be easily reversed by the Apple employees if they wanted to, thus blasting away all the piracy of the iOS and OS X iMessage users who trusted Apple when it said that the end-to-end encryption service provided by the app is unbreakable by any means.
The iPhone Price increased in France by Apple and that too quite unofficially. The French Apple site iGen highlighted the news first. The price increase however isn’t that great and the new buyers will only have to spend €10 or €18 extra to get the device now. Only the iPhone 5S and 5C observed this price increase.
Apple today started sending out invitations for its September 10 grand event also titled unofficially as the iPhone event with a purpose to introduce its new and really powerful iPhone products to the public officially. The event will commence at 10 AM Pacific time at the Apple’s head quarters in Cupertino, California.
With the event tagline “This should brighten everyone’s day”, the event is expected to be unleashing something really worth the wait. Time however, will only tell if the rumours and leaks were right or not.
