In one of the latest reports on Apple and its products, Bloomberg writes the next-gen iPhone to come with Force Touch technology. The iDevice giant has begun with its early production of the flagship smartphone.

Force Touch technology allows users to press the screen harder to get more options and it was first unveiled with Apple Watch, Retina MacBook pros and 12-inch MacBooks.

It is also claimed by next month Apple may ramp up the iPhone production. Bloomberg cites a source saying the production of the device may go smoothly as there are design similarities between the devices including iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 Plus.

Apple had been planning for a ‘pressure-sensitive’ iPhone since early 2014. Meanwhile, one another report surfaced earlier in June claiming the upcoming iPhone to be about 0.15mm longer and 0.2mm thicker to house the new technology.

The Apple’s enhancement to the iOS 9 is noticed as a preparation for Force Touch support.

Apple is also communicating with developers to allow integrating the feature in the apps.
