apple releases os x mavericks for freeApple releases OS X Mavericks for free in their Tuesday’s iPad Event. The OS X will be available for free download at the mac App Store. The system is designed to perform its best on even 2007 made iMac and MacBook pros. The iPad Event with the tagline “we still have a lot to cover” is entitled to bringing a lot of stuff for us.

The New OS X, Mavericks is major upgrade over the previous with tremendous software updates and hardware optimizations supported inside it.

The most interesting part is its price. The OS will be available as a download installer at the mac App Store and the users can simply upgrade it over their previous Mountain Lion or other releases.

Software-wise, Mavericks offers a full screen app support and also desktop support for Airplay through Apple. IT comes with iBooks, iCloud Keychain syncing, Maps, file/folder tagging and many other useful tools and products pre-installed in the OS.

The OS will also be providing great performance boost plus optimum battery usage stats which will ensure a long lasting battery.

Apart from the mainstream upgrades, Mavericks will also  be covering the loose ends or security loopholes remaining in the previous release like Mountain Lion which had several problems for its users.

All in all, the new Mac OS X will be a great choice for both, the developers to develop for, and the users to use for. Better get your downloads on and let go of the ‘obsolete’ Mountain Lion and shift to the brand-new and Free OS by Apple.
